To test: go to convergence, divergence or probability in connParams and try to enter any equation: valid expressions: "pre_x", "pre_y", "pre_z", "post_x", "post_y", "post_z", "dist_x", "dist_y", "dist_z", "pre_xnorm", "pre_ynorm", "pre_znorm", "post_xnorm", "post_ynorm", "post_znorm", "dist_xnorm", "dist_ynorm", "dist_znorm", "dist_3D", "dist_3D_border", "dist_2D", "dist_norm3D", "dist_norm2D" ['binomial', 'discunif', 'erlang', 'geometric', 'hypergeo', 'lognormal', 'negexp', 'normal', 'poisson', 'uniform', 'weibull'] and all the netpyne variables... So, something like: 20*uniform(1,7)*pre_x would be valid |
