For the record, @rodriguez-facundo and I talked about the conversion from netpyne dict to regular {}. As he already mentioned, that bit of code is not particularly elegant in this PR. He will talk to @salvadord and try to find a better approach (and maybe integrate it in netpyne?). |

the netpyne Dict has a method .todict() to convert to regular dict ... haven't checked code so not sure if you already using it. |
