E2E Test

Steps:

1. Go to the homepage and check that nothing is instantiated
2. Open the SPARC Dataset list and check if the dataset count matches
3. Load a SPARC dataset, checking its folders
4. Load another SPARC Dataset, to assess the multiple loaded dataset feature
5. Load a dataset through its ID
6. Load a dataset through its URL - skipped due to Uploading a file through an URL loads forever #154
7. Load a dataset from the Local System - skipped due to Uploading from Local System is not working #153

@jrmartin Now the tests are running through the GitHub actions workflow.
Currently the tests are using the dev URL.
Still need to make the tests run in what is being deployed (that's why it is still in draft mode)
