Add MegaSIR token to MegaETH (chain 4326)

Token list: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/megaeth-labs/mega-tokenlist/refs/heads/main/megaeth.tokenlist.json
Block explorer: https://megaeth.blockscout.com/

Added token

Synthetics Implemented Right (MegaSIR): https://megaeth.blockscout.com/address/0x9367A0c482703d8d9bda995B03f8E71056a72500

Note

Low Risk
Asset-only changes (new metadata/icon and an SVG replacement) with no runtime logic impact; main risk is incorrect token details or heavy/invalid SVGs affecting downstream consumers.

Overview
Adds the MegaSIR token on MegaETH (eip155:4326) by introducing a new metadata entry (decimals: 12, erc20: true) and a corresponding SVG logo.

Also replaces the existing SVG for token 0x4Fc44BE15e9B6E30C1E774E2C87A21D3E8b5403F with a new, embedded-image-based SVG (different size/structure).
