Explanation

Small bugfix release for json-rpc-engine.

Note

Low Risk
Primarily a patch-level dependency/version bump with no functional changes in this PR beyond pulling in json-rpc-engine@10.2.2; risk is limited to behavior changes introduced by the upstream patch release.

Overview
Bumps the monorepo release from 794.0.0 to 795.0.0 and publishes @metamask/json-rpc-engine 10.2.2.

Updates all packages that depend on @metamask/json-rpc-engine to ^10.2.2 (including controllers and JSON-RPC middleware/provider packages), refreshes yarn.lock, and adds changelog entries noting the patch fix to preserve data.cause in RPC errors when using compatibility tooling.
