Overview
Bumps the monorepo version to 933.0.0 and releases @metamask/assets-controller 6.1.0 and @metamask/assets-controllers 104.3.0, including corresponding changelog entries (notably the new SPOT_PRICES_SUPPORT_INFO export).

Updates downstream dependencies (bridge-controller, transaction-pay-controller) and yarn.lock to consume the new assets-controller/assets-controllers versions.
