Overview
Bumps the monorepo to 1006.0.0 and publishes @metamask/ai-controllers 0.7.0, documenting that release in the package changelog and version fields.

The new 0.7.0 notes dependency updates (@metamask/messenger, @metamask/base-controller) and the fix making RelatedAsset.name and RelatedAsset.sourceAssetId optional so incomplete market-overview payloads no longer fail validation. Older changelog bullets are normalized (list marker and punctuation before PR links); compare URLs for Unreleased / 0.7.0 are updated.
