Overview
Bumps the monorepo to 158.0.0 and publishes patch releases for two packages via version and changelog updates only (no application source in this diff).

@metamask/snaps-execution-environments 11.1.1 documents a fix to simplify endowment handling (#4012). @metamask/snaps-utils 12.2.1 documents stricter email validation in validateLink (#4005). The utils changelog also corrects several historical compare-link URLs (broken metamask / hub.com paths).
