Apply the side-by-side "value card + timeline" pattern to the three body variants that don't have it yet (forecaster continuous already uses it). Add a Timeline / Histogram view switcher on binary. Make sure the empty / pre-CP-reveal state reads correctly inside the new row. Forecaster binary keeps its radial attached to the title — no body layout shift.
