- adjusted cookies modal to render for ALL users
- added "necessary only" button to the banner
- setup all feed and question custom GA events
- refactored some of the components to send relative data in the events
- implemented EmailConfirmation component to handle emailConfirmed event
- added all user events except for the onboarding one
