Introduces CEL expression support in JAD.
Removes
MembershipCredentialEvaluationFunctionwhich gets replaced by a CEL expression in the bruno collectionAdditional remove the Java seeding of asset/policy/contract def using bruno collection.
The
DataAccessLevelFunctionhas not been replaced yet since we are not using it in JAD. Once we extend the use case to theDataProcessorCredentialwe will replace it with CEL expression
