fix for remote info bug

This PR represents a fix for PT story #160208360 such that all the orgs you have access to now show up in the list asking you when you use remote info.

@jeremytregunna the list of organizations from the remote info looks good! Not sure if this would be a separate bug, but invalid input does not output expected message.

Please select the organization for the project.
