• Fixed the success_urls for the DeleteViews.
• Used the SeriesListSerialzier with PublisherViewSet.
• Fixed the template titles.
• Updated Django, django-debug-toolbar, certifi, & coverage to the latest stable versions.
• Moved the Navbar burger javascript out of the template and into it's own separate file.
• Minor tweaks to the Issue & Character detail view templates.
• Added a heap of tests.
