Plan:

Review the existing codebase and docs to identify gaps in setup guides, API references, and architecture overview.
Write clear developer documentation covering project setup, environment configuration, folder structure, and key workflows.
Add practical code examples for common tasks like API usage, database interactions, and contract integration.
Set up automated documentation generation (e.g., Swagger/OpenAPI for APIs, JSDoc/TSDoc for code) so docs stay in sync with the codebase.
Include a contributing guide with coding standards and PR conventions.

Experience: Have written and maintained developer documentation for backend projects, including setting up auto-generated API docs and onboarding guides. Comfortable turning complex codebases into approachable documentation.
