- Add TransactionAuditLog model (immutable, append-only) to Prisma schema - Migration: create transaction_audit_logs table with FK to transactions + users - TransactionAuditService: log()/findByTransaction() — records action, previousData, newData, actorId, ipAddress, userAgent, createdAt - TransactionsService: auto-logs CREATED on create(), UPDATED/STATUS_CHANGED on update() - TransactionsController: new PATCH /:id and GET /:id/audit-log endpoints - Also includes MettaChain#358 fees module (TransactionFeesService) as base - 3 unit tests covering audit log creation, system actor, and ordering
