Yeah, that is almost it. Some formal corrections. I'll merge kernel and U-Boot builds into our APT repo, so we can build a test image in our CI quickly.
* revert unrelated dietpi-build.yml changes * fix changelog entry and add credits * add CPU ID * add UNISOC/Spreadtrum driver handling and 1.5M serial console support

I can only trigger builds from branches of our repo, hence will merge this first and do builds from dev afterwards.
