Coursera Data Project

The purpose of the activity was to learn how to clean, merge, and then analyze data. The data is based on information from the Samsung Smart Phone run_analysis should run so long as the dataset is in the directory

Download, unzip, and name as UCI HAR DataSet http://d396qusza40orc.cloudfront.net/getdata%2Fprojectfiles%2FUCI%20HAR%20Dataset.zip

Place run_analysis.R in UCI HAR DataSet folder

Open an R program such as RScript or RStudio

Type ("run_analysis.r")

Two data files will be created: .csv and .txt

run_analysis.R merges data sets into one, removes means and standard deviations, renames row and column headings, creates a cleaner sets
