Problems with terms of conditions

Hello,

I am currently trying to install 'mingw-w64-i686-make' using winget. However when I enter this command, it shows me the terms of 'msstore' with the contracts that I need to accept using Y or N.

When I press Y, the command keeps running indefinitely and I found no answers for this problem.

I am on windows 11, I got version 1.4.10173 and when I go to the directory 'LocalState/DiagOutputDir/'
I get this :
