I've updated and adjusted the description text for EnableDnsSinkhole, DisableDnsOverTcpParsing, DisableTlsParsing.

Get-MpPreference and Add-MpPreference are small files by comparrison, and neither have entries for EnableDnsSinkhole, DisableDnsOverTcpParsing, or DisableTlsParsing.
