This is a Learner issue and have not personally validated, but it does make sense.
Task: Deploy Azure App Service web apps to two Azure regions
Step: Find Azure region names (Step 3):
Instructions:
If prompted to select either Bash or PowerShell, select Bash.
Note: If this is the first time you are starting Cloud Shell and you are presented with the You have no storage mounted message, select the subscription you are using in this lab, and select Create storage.
When the learner attempted to mount storage, was returned a permissions error that disallowed the creation of the SA due to policy. I wasn't sure if this was absolutely necessary to complete the lab, but if it is, the Skillable needs to update the policy to allow SA creation for Cloudshell storage mounting.
