Need to authenticate via RBAC instead of Keys and Key Vault (Enhancement)

With Azure Enterprise Scale implementation, the Microsoft Defender recommendation is to turn Keys (Local) authentication off.

If I do that in the Translator service, then this application will stop working.

Do you think it is possible to implement a different type of authentication altogether?
