[PATCH] don't interpret modifiers for Esc + Numeral F-key emulation

Numerals may require modifilers with some keymaps (e. g. Czech: F4 = Esc Shift+4) or on obscure keyboards (e. g. PDA: F4 = Esc Fn+R). That is why any attempt to interpret modifiers while interpreting Esc + Numeral sequence is invalid and may lead to mis-behavior (e. g. generating of F14 instead of F4).

How to reproduce:

• Set keymap to Czech
• Press Esc Shift+4

Current behavior: Emulates F14
Expected behavior: Emulates F4

I don't think the Esc <number> Fn key emulation should generally dismiss modifiers just because some keyboards on some systems might already involve modifiers when emulating plain Fn keys. Doing so would unnecessarily deprive all users relying on Esc <number> of all modified Fn keys, which can be very limiting.

Rather, this issue should be addressed by generally allowing to use Esc <modifier1>[<modifier2>...]+<number> wherever Esc <number> works, and only fall back (e. g. via "learn keys") to using whatever special hack of keyboard input might be required to at least emulate plain Fn keys where Esc <number> doesn't work.
