One of the released binaries is placement-probe.exe. You can find it in the releases. Please check the sources and its general provenance for exactly what it does; it's not my job to convince you to do anything.
This tool measures the system's topology and then runs some benchmarks for queuing throughput between various domains.
Frankly I could really use some data from "more exotic hardware" notably in the server space. I have access to a decent number of AMD and Intel consumer machines and VMs on AMD and Intel machines which have non-trivial memory and cache topologies but the VMs don't have access beyond their slices. I'd like to get data from machines with much more interesting memory architectures.
My Snapdragon-X2 laptop has been the most interesting topology at this point! And I don't think that's a good thing.
You can build it yourself or you can run the version from github. Just capture the full output and paste it into a reply here.
