Enterprise privacy and quota hardening

  • Hardened token, clipboard, logging, OAuth, and sensitive-field handling for safer enterprise rollout.
  • Kept local history available by default while tightening cleanup for temporary dictation recordings and generated files.
  • Added backend-weighted quota accounting for dictation, screen text, chat, and text-to-speech.
  • Fixed dictation cancellation so Undo can restore a recording while the Undo island is visible, then clean it up afterward.
  • Added clearer notifications when words are added to layout-flip exceptions.
