Faster layout fixes and team momentum

  • Added a Team dashboard polish pass with words-first rankings, previous-period insights, movers, achievement badges, and rank-climb notifications.
  • Added recurring background update checks so Sayful can surface a new version while it is already running.
  • Fixed dictation paste cleanup so successful focused inserts restore the clipboard even when the target app touches the pasteboard during paste.
  • Fixed the first wrong-layout terminal word after idle, including common commands like make, run, git, cd, ls, and pwd.
  • Stabilized the dictation island hover animation and click target.
