Team dashboard polish

• Added the corporate Team dashboard with Today / Week / Month boards, podium, paginated rankings, movers, achievement badges, and rank-climb notifications.
• Added local Team leaderboard caching so the last live board appears immediately while a fresh response loads.
• Kept Team refresh economical: leaderboard requests run only while the Team tab is open and Sayful is active.
• Added recurring update checks and a title-bar update indicator when Sparkle finds a newer version.
• Fixed the DevTools settings freeze by lazy-loading heavy prompt editors.
• Polished Team animations, centered summary metrics, removed the podium shine effect, and tightened the Team copy.
