Manual flip stability

  • Made no-selection double Shift consistently flip the last word before the cursor, including Cyrillic to English conversions.
  • Added a caret fallback for editors where Accessibility cannot read the text value.
  • Reset layout-flip typing context on app switches, pointer clicks, and regular shortcuts.
  • Delayed keyboard-layout switching until after focused rewrites land.
  • Auto-flip exception notifications now open Dictionary -> Learning directly.
  • Escape now cancels an active dictation recording.
