Fixed

  • Additional fixes to divisions by zeros in summary calculations.
  • Fixed 'empty file' message if FASTA file ends with empty sequence.
  • Renamed pre-trimmed FASTQ validation/statistics file, to avoid failure if
    an older run was resumed.
