MySkills Tauri Preview v0.2.0-tauri.1

Tauri preview patch release.

Changes:

• Fix Coverage Matrix cell actions so 'put real files here' targets the clicked platform instead of always targeting the main source.
• Add executable copy_real planning/execution/rollback for independent real copies.
• Bump preview version to 0.2.0-tauri.1.
