Important update: DEB support ends after v26.4.1

Hi everyone,

we want to announce an important change regarding our Linux packages:

v26.4.1 is the last release that will include a DEB package. Starting with v26.5.5, we will stop publishing DEB packages entirely.

What this means for users

• If you are currently using a DEB installation, you will not receive any further updates
• To keep receiving new releases, you will need to install the AppImage version
• We are also working on a Flatpak package to expand Linux distribution support in the future
