Problems building

When I run gradlew genIntellijRuns, I get this error:
Version 1.16.3

• What went wrong:
  Execution failed for task ':downloadAssets'.

Failed to get asset: minecraft/lang/ms_my.json
Some assets failed to download or validate, try running the task again.

I tried getting help in the discord and was ignored several times.
