This PR adds a proper version parser for Parchment mappings that allow shorthands.
This was a custom patch I made on my laptop and forgot to upload to my desktop when I moved over. This will most likely be added to ForgeGradle 7 as opposed to this project, but I need some place to put this so I don't forget it next time.
