New Miniball geometry, extra histogram options, Global Trigger handling and timestamp bug fix

This pull request features a number of features, improvements and bug fixes:

• handling for the new Global Triggers in the data stream
• implement the new Miniball geometry definition from Hannah Kleis
• add some extra histogram options, including particle plots by sector/quadrant, gamma-ray spectra by crystal user selectable energy ranges and number of bins in reaction file
• fix bug in energy loss introduced by using a TSpline (now reverted to old method)
• fix bugs introduced in DataSpy when some code was restructured
