- New host boolean flag MCRSkipUpgrade that make the MCR upgrade skip - allows MCR upgrades in batches so that workload safety can be managed by the operator

This small code addition should deliver 530, but it needs some more testing. I am stil lwaiting for feedback from the MKE3 team on what happens to the kubernetes scheduled components when MKE upgrades the kubelet/kube-proxy components. |
