- Created GEMINI.md for foundational AI agent mandates
- Organized documentation into guidance, requirements, specifications, and development directories
- Separated corporate steering from project-level technical architecture
- Moved high-level goals into a new PRD (launchpad-prd.md)
- Updated README.md to reflect the new structure
- Removed obsolete top-level docs/*.md files
