- Update go.mod to go 1.26
- Update dependencies and go.sum
- Update GitHub Actions to latest stable majors:
- actions/checkout@v6
- actions/setup-go@v6
- actions/upload-artifact@v7
- actions/download-artifact@v7
- hashicorp/setup-terraform@v4
- softprops/action-gh-release@v2
- Re-apply version/commit injection via ldflags
