Add Reset Selector vFilter

We need a vFilter that gets automatically added to a fixture if a channel is called Reset and generates a zero constant with unique name. Besides this, it should be add a reset button to the devices debug tab allowing the reset of the fixture by sending a temporary reset value using an update message. In order to implement this, these filters need to be marked to be not optimized away.
