Release 0.3.0

This is the development release version 0.3.0 of the conmath package.

Notable changes since version 0.2.0 include:

Added:

• New document command \VCenterMath
• New option vcenter
• New function \conmath_vcenter:n

Changed:

• Spaces between the csname and the optional argument of \grad, \divergence, \curl, \laplacian, and \quabla are now disallowed.
• When the option vcenter=true the vector operator commands do now by default center themselves vertically if they have an arrow over themselves or are bold.
• The documentation has been split into several parts
