I added in a figure to illustrate equilibration with a caption.
After working through the literature on integrator accuracy, energy conservation, and energy fluctuations for a couple hours, I have decided to wait to add more citations to this section until I have a more carefully prepared list of publications. I will add this as a todo for future revisions immediately and continue reading as time permits.
