Resume downloads after connection failure instead of deleting current progress. #718

I couldn't seem to find any other issues related to this.
My internet at home isn't so good, and will sometimes cut out for a few seconds maybe every fifteen minutes or so. This usually isn't a big problem for most download processes as it'll just pause it and I'll resume when the internet is back. I don't understand why mod organiser deletes anything currently downloading if the internet cuts out. It's making it literally impossible for me download anything over about 1GB through the mod manager. I've gotten around this issue by downloading things manually and then extracting the rar files through the manager but I feel like this shouldn't be an issue in the first place. Is there any way to fix this?
