Attribute and CollectionNames Enums Code Style

Regarding the enums created in the models folder, I have a few questions

1. Why are the Enum names plural? CommentAttributes, ThreadAttributes, CollectionNames, etc. I believe the convention for naming enums is the same as that for naming classes, so they should be singular. Here is an example for System.Logger.Level, it's singular.
2. Report and user have a folder that contains their models+enums, but Coment, Thread, and Subthread don't. Can you put them in folder to make them consistent and to avoid having many files in the same folder
3. Are you using singular nouns for the Collection names? I am making sure because this contradicts this pinned message on the #epsilon channel
