iOS: broken Bluetooth permission states

Description

Boolean "isGranted" of Permission.BluetoothScan state does not return true after granting permission.

Details

Behavior can be reproduced inside the iOS sample app. Android implementation seems not to be affected.

iOS: 18.1

Hey guys, I've created a PR with the fixes for BT on iOS.

It worked on my end but you might want to pull my fork and check it out on your own 🙂
