Could you add fog editing (fogs/_fog_settings.json) as a Setting Group in the Vibrant Visuals panel, next to Water, Global Lighting, Atmospheric Scattering, Local Lights, and Color Grading?
Fog is huge for setting the mood and lighting of a biome. You can see the fog effect in the viewport, but there's no way to author your own custom namespace fog here or toggle between your version and vanilla to compare them live and over gametime with a slider. Right now that means hand editing JSON and reloading every time, which is easily the most inconvenient part of building settings for an atmospherics-rich VV pack.
Ideally this would cover both distance fog and volumetric fog, since they matter in different dimensions. The Overworld relies on the sun interacting with volumetric fog, but the Nether has no sun interaction, so being able to tune distance fog in the editor would be great there. The End needs both: distance fog and volumetric fog that interacts with the flash.
