Release 4.8

I am happty to announce release 4.8. Please note that Python 3.11 or later is now required.

We have also added new and updated priors to Zenodo. We recommend to preferably use the transformer-based priors but we still keep the RNN-based priors for Lib- and Linkinvent. New and updated:

• reinvent_pubchem.prior is the new classical Reinvent de novo prior replacing the old ChEMBL based prior.
• linkinvent.prior was updated because we found issues with the previous model.
