Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe
The external screen I have can get very loud, and the volume steps being at something like 8% steps means the difference between say 8% and 12% is dramatic (which makes button or keyboard dial useless, need to manually drag the tray slider).

I'd love to see an option for setting the steps to something like 1 or 2%
