Before opening the issue, have you...?
Describe the bug
I'm on an M1 Pro Mac running latest Tahoe 26.4 and latest MonitorControl
1 - Monitor Control app icon completely disappeared from menu bar.
2 - The display sliders on MacOS menu are greyed out and unusable
3- When using the brightness keys on keyboard, they take several hits to react. When it does, it does change the brightness but because the sliders don't work, you don't know at what point of brightness you are within the range.
What happend?
Steps to reproduce
Look up for app icon on macos menu bar. It isn't there.
Got to MacOS sliders menu control where display is. Sliders are greyed out and won't react to clicking.

Expected behavior
I expect the app's icon to be on menu bar as before
I expect display sliders to be fully functional
Anything else?
No response
