下载下方的 FastWords-v0.1.0.zip，解压后把 FastWords.app 拖进「应用程序」。
Download FastWords-v0.1.0.zip below, unzip, and drag FastWords.app into Applications.

⚠️ 首次打开（未签名）/ First launch (unsigned)

应用未做苹果签名，需绕过 Gatekeeper：
The app is not notarized, so Gatekeeper needs a nudge:

• 右键点击 FastWords.app → 打开 → 再点「打开」。Right-click → Open → Open again.
• 若提示「已损坏 / 无法验证」，终端运行一次 / if it says "damaged":

  xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine /Applications/FastWords.app

启动后看屏幕右上角菜单栏的 W 图标（菜单栏应用，无 Dock 图标）。
After launching, look for the W icon in the top-right menu bar (it's a menu-bar app, no Dock icon).
