Adafruit Matrix Portal + WLEDMM 14.5.0 Beta no AP

What happened?

I flashed the bin file "WLEDMM_14.5.0-beta_adafruit_matrixportal_esp32s3.bin" to my Adafruit Matrix Portal S3 via WLED ESP Flasher. Everything went through 100% and the ESP got reset. After that, no WLED AP to connect to. I trief power Cycle and reset manually after flashing.

To Reproduce Bug

Flash bin file "WLEDMM_14.5.0-beta_adafruit_matrixportal_esp32s3.bin" to Adafruit Matrix Portal S3 via WLED ESP Flasher.

Expected Behavior

I thought after flashing and resetting, there should be a WLED AP to start configuring?

Can anyone walk me through the installation process? I want to use a HUB75 64x64 Matrix with your fork. Unfortunately, i am still a beginner and noob.

I got it working now, but besides everything working, the blue color channel is off. Is there any fix for that?
