• V17 adds read-only HUD evidence and hash-bound approval writing.
• V18-V19 add repo-local install packaging and adapter registry contracts for
  fixture, Codex, Claude, and shell adapter surfaces.
• V20-V20.6 add release hardening, independent reviewer gate, and deterministic
  dogfood replay evidence.
