Summary

update authoring docs for core activation keys and npm-backed discovery
stop package-kit from reaching into host core resources for official/http
preserve npm package entrypoints from source package metadata

Verification

bun run typecheck
bun test tests/unit/package-kit-npm-pack.test.ts tests/unit/package-kit.test.ts

Note: generated/local folders including node_modules and dist were removed after verification.
